Troubleshooting After reviewing the resources above, if your Sungrow inverter still isn’t connecting to Wi-Fi, please double check the following troubleshooting steps: Ensure the inverter is ON and operating – Check that your Sungrow inverter is powered on and generating energy

Verify your modem is ON and connected to the internet – Test your internet connection with another device to confirm it’s working

Restart the inverter’s Wi-Fi module – Turn off the Solar Supply Main Switch located in your meter box

This resets the inverter’s Wi-Fi card and may resolve the issue

Check Wi-Fi signal strength – Stand near the inverter and use a smartphone to check if your home Wi-Fi signal is strong

If the signal is weak, consider relocating the modem or installing a Wi-Fi extender to improve connectivity
